  • The first step is to get in touch with our Homeowner Consultant team—they’ll walk through our services, see if your home’s a good fit, and go over your management fee. If you choose to move forward, you’ll sign a management agreement. We’ll also request access to the property to confirm permits, deep clean, do an initial inspection, take care of any add-on services and compile your home’s online listing. We always aim to get your vacation rental up and running as quickly as possible.

    Once your home is ready for guests, LVLpm's all-in-one vacation rental management handles everything you need to make a peak profit, like:

  • Your vacation home is—first and foremost—yours. You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided (of course!) that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. Other than that, LVLpm doesn’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay. To block out your travel dates, simply reserve them in your online owner account.

  • As your vacation rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We believe in earning your long-term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. When you sing up with LVLpm you are entering into a 24 month agreement. Before the 90 day introduction period ends you are eligible for a full refund for management services.

  • At LVLpm, we like to keep things simple with one comprehensive fee for all our essential services. No nickel-and-diming. No hidden fees. No paying multiple vendors.

    Our Onboarding fees are $1499 due upon signing. ( Waived until 1/1/26)

    Our monthly Co hosting fee is $200.

    Our Monthly Full Management Service fee is 20%.
